So yeah, this is late to the party. I actually started this back when the series first aired, and then put it to the side until this week when I decided to finish it. It's the Winter Soldier Captain America that many others have used with tons of dremeling and sculpting, with the exception of a fisted right hand from ASM Electro and a billy club-holding hand from Superior Spider-Man.

This would have been Vallejo Flat Red over a black base and then washed with a darker red I mixed myself with the Vallejo red and a flat black. I probably dry brushed a little plain red back over the highlights after the wash.
