Much like Superman and Batman it seems like there's a line drawn in the MK fanbase between Sub-Zero and Scorpion. While I may be team Subby I can't deny that Scorpion is pretty much the favorite. And though I have some issues with the things they've had him do in the past two games I still think his moves are pretty sweet.

Anyway similar to MK9 Sub-Zero I thought MK9 Scorpion was a nice little figure but it felt lacking to me. Noting a nice new paintjob can't fix though. Most of the yellow was fading off to begin with so I redid all the yellow bits with some gold. Then I painted his upper arms and coated all the black with superglue because I thought it made his suit look like some cool armor or something. I also didn't care for the swords he came with so I gave him a couple of wave 1 Retaliation Snake Eyes' swords. And last but not least I painted his spear silver and found a chain to attach it two.

One of these days I'd like to get a spare MU Ghost Rider to give him his unmasked head.
