Had a spare Captain Britain w/ helmet laying around so I whipped up another real quick villain since my son is still requesting more villains, heroes despair dad's crafting more for the lair!

We present you with Athonos! A sincerely dastardly Dbastard (the D is silent hehe) in the worst sense of the word! Think you know what he'll do or say?! Think again this is one of the craziest no wait insane... "what the H-E-Double-Hockey-Sticks just happened" bi-polar no forget that tri-polar heads will roll villains you'll ever meet!! The phrase "Shock Value" comes to mind when his name is mentioned!

Figure Info:
- MU Captain Britain.
- Dremel'd and sanded down joint areas to prevent paint rub.
- Apoxie Sculpt for fin on head (this was last minute see below).
- Flat Black (so easy and my fav lol) with eyes to orange with gold overlay.
- Made my own gold shimmer wash, applied to figure and it turned out rather nice I must say! Black wash over face, gave it that slight stubble look.
- Tri-Hammer is custom made using the spare epoxy left over from other projects - I never throw away putty, I make something usually weapons!

Hammer info:
-- Rolled out the handle cut the ends sanded smooth.
-- Added larger clump of spare putty onto end allowed to cure, beveled using sand paper.
-- Added cusp to handle at bottom of hammer head base.
-- Painted flat black then metallic silver, sanded then beveled edges have slight gold overlay.

Powers & Abilities:
- Super-Strength, Speed, Stamina, Endurance, among countless others. Strength is consistent with that of Gladiator or someone of slightly higher power level and yeah he has a hammer so you could compare him to Thor or similar but "this ain't no boy scout okay?!".
- Nearly instantaneous regenerative capabilities. Enemy must use constant attacks both physical and energy based to disrupt his healing factor enough to make a difference in battle. Only those on a much higher power level could deal a considerable amount of damage or kill him, if nothing remains then nothing can regenerate however he has survived a nuclear explosion in the past so it would need to be someone wielding cosmic power or similar.
- Athonos's hammer "Divider" is made from two types of impervious metals, both from planets unbeknownst to many alien races including our own. Believed to be the first mystically enchanted hammer with an actual soul, it contains powers still being seen in each new battle and it definitely beats the capabilities of Mjolnir!

The pics honestly don't do it justice as the gold shimmer wash I applied simply doesn't show properly with flash on and doesn't show well enough with it off, one of those fml type of camera moments :P. I actually took the figure finished into the living room and my son said to change him because he looked like Robo Cop lolololol! With that being said the fin was added last minute at best and I went through several designs including one with intricate bevel work but then smoothed it out after messing up, one of those fatality "FINISH HIM" type of moments so I did!
