After looking and looking at my Skinner figure I decided to give him a more vamped out head closer to the comics. I repainted a Hobgoblin head and stuck some wrestler's hair on him. As usual once I got him in direct sunlight I saw a lot of flaws I need to touch up but you get the idea.
