Hes all NECA Ultimate T-800
I took the figure and modded the head to have the cigar. The cigar tip is clear orange Tamiya paint to look like its lit up.
The bullet holes in the jacket were covered over, and the pants were resculpted to look more like jeans.
The belt buckle was added and I hand painted the snakeskin boots.
He was given a hand painted paint job and was finished.
