It's been 35 years since the Joker was last seen. Neo-Gotham is under the watch of a new Batman as he patrols the skies. Lo and behold, the Jokerz speak of the return of the clown prince of crime! They have stolen communication devices in his name. Bruce and Terry must work together fast to uncover the mystery. Is he really back or is it just a copycat?
"Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker" is one of my favorite DC movies. I kept my intro vague so as to encourage people to watch without spoiling the plot. The final fight was really entertaining and smart.
The Joker was built using a WWE Stardust. Initially, I felt his head would be perfect, but in the end he looked more like The Crow. I decided to use a Dolph Ziggler head instead. You can tell that I'm a fan of the Heath Ledger Joker with my face painting. I dry brushed the hair a dirty moss green. This definitely is not your classic Joker! His uniform is more Spartan reflecting the look in the movie. He was fun to pose around with my Terry McGinnis Batman. I wanted to put in a little nod to the Death in the Family story arc and ending scenes of Arkham City the video game.
