*I made some alterations to the Maxine Gibson figure. I noticed one show as bigger than the other so I shortened it, made it even, and gave better paint job to laces and soles. I also corrected area I noticed under left armpit, and gave her a nice ball jointed waist, with a clean paint job.

*I added Bruce Wayne from the episode 'Rebirth'.

Batman: I used a DC Collectibles TAS Batman and removed head and cape (head pops comes off). Used two wrestling figure heads, one to sculpt batman the other Terry's head. I picked a figure that looked closest to Terry, don't remember which. I sculpted out details/lines of face, and squared the jawline to look like Terry Cartoon, and gave him his signature angry eyebrow look. I sculpted bat symbol and gave the dark gray highlight around the rim of figure like the cartoon has. I remade the base, centering the stand and added apoxie for weight so it wouldn't tip with Batman on it. Wings are from an Evil Emperor Zurg figures cape that I cut up and glued the bread twisties across horizontal and vertical to give a batwing look and provide possibility. Drilled holes in Terry's back and applied pegs so the wings are removable.

Maxine: I cut off Batgirls ears and sanded from rough to fine (I might have dremeled slighly to evenly/roundly smooth plastic). Slightly sculpted around cheeks where mask starts to elevate, was careful not to mark up eyes as they where already good for Max, they just needed a touch-up and gloss. I sculpted lips, and body in some areas to give her a more hourglass shape like she has on the show. The Batgirl figure was exceptionally small for some reason, not cartoon accurate so I added some length to the figure and some padding in shoes.

I really wanted the figures to resemble the cartoon characters so I outlined certain features in black, like edges of Max eyes nose, her lips/hair and Terrys eyes, nose line, and chin. Still need minor touch up on figures, few areas I noticed like a couple of small bumps on Max leg, need gray on her shoe straps and a small piece of wire needs to be cut from one wing, but almost done.

Was hoping to submit into Totally Schway competition, But I couldn't finish in time.

I know! The pictures don't do her justice, this figure came out very nice. I think I'll add another pic of her here, or do another submission if they don't sell by tom.

These look like they stepped right out of the cartoon. I would have voted 5 stars.

They look amazing! Just like you, I almost entered that contest as well with my own custom set of two. In my honest opinion yours is the best Batman Beyond pairing and they would've done really well together in the Totally Schway contest.

Yea, it's true. I wanted the DCAU type style so I used the DC animated figures as bases.
