Head: DC Direct Hush Series Ra's Al Ghul
Body: DC Direct New Krypton Superman

I wanted to make a General Zod that was a mix of his design from Superman II and his looks in the comics. I started with the New Krypton Superman for that military look and decided to use the Hush Ra's Al Ghul head as others have done for Zod.
Unfortunately it was not a perfect fit because the neck is very thick. So I had to shorten and shave the neck down with a knife to make it thinner. Eventually I may resculpt the neck to finish it, but for now it doesn't look too bad.

I sculpted the rest of his beard/mustache with Sculpey and painted all of his hair black. I also painted the S shield black, then silver over that and finally I drew the Zod symbol from Smallville with a fine point black Sharpie.
