Gambit was made using a Superior Venom buck with Carnage feet (I wanted him to have pointy boots), Ghost Rider (from Rhino BAF series) arms, a Marvel Select Gambit head cast shrunk to 6" scale (thanks Casting Cave!), Machine Man gripped hands, heavily modified Spider Man 'thwipp' hands and a jacket from a DC Constantine figure (not sure which one). His accessories came from the actual Marvel Select Gambit figure.

I did quite a bit of sculpting on this figure including the chest piece, the belt, the shoulders (added coat wrinkles), the kneepads and the boots. I also modified the Spidey 'thwipp' hands pretty significantly. On the right hand I removed the thumb, middle and pinky finger and on the left hand removed the middle and index finger. I heated the hands and the paper clips (which I clipped on an angle, giving it a sharp point) and inserted them into the hands. I then sculpted over them to recreated the fingers on both hands. One hand is to hold a set of flaming cards, the other is a tossing hand to throw his cards. I used a dremel to sculpt the lines into the boots.. it was a pain in the a$$! haha
