I used a undertaker and remove the head completely and sculpted first the head with the open mouth, it has 2 heads and they can be remove by magnets in the neck, I sculpted the whole armor, the chest and the belt. I used a fantomex coat like a cape, I glue it and repainted everything. Thanks for watching.
