Took the thighs, arms and head from Deathlok and the boots from Judge Dredd. Gun is from Stealth Wolverine and the belt is from Stealth Beast. The removable claws are from SOTA Vega and the gun pipe is headphone wire. Sculpted the badges and modded the head to make it bald. Shoulder pads and gun holster are darice craft foam.
