'Miss you too Peggy. Wait a second, Miss U. Miss Union Jack.' Dum Dum Dugan
So here's the back story on this one.
Steve dies shortly after rescuing Bucky and the other prisoners. The government shuts the program down,but doesn't destroy the equipment. Howard and Dr. Erskine want to give it another go and ask Peggy if she would be willing to go through the procedure. She agrees so she can finish what Steve started. The procedure is a success and Peggy takes the name of Miss Union Jack, she and the Howling Commandos survive the war.

Hand painted the Union Jack, scarf is fabric, and sculpted over the shield. I decided against painting a Union Jack on the shield and went with the Howling Commandos logo. Hope you enjoy and comments welcome.
