Toad is not my favorite character. I think he has a terrible look, but I needed him for my Brotherhood. This recipe has been done before. It was a Doc Oc figure, so I had to grind out the goggles and mouth and then re-sculpt the face. I made the neck frill from two part epoxy, then repainted the whole figure. Hope you like it.
