This is the second Sally that I've made using the "freedom leader" head created by a friend of mine. You can find him on deviantart under the username STEhq, I still think he's the one who has created the best ever figure of Princess Sally based off her classic SATAM design thus far. Of course, despite using his head I'm the one who made the body, though instead of putting Silver's arms and legs on a Wave torso like I usually do I decided to give a try at carving Silvers body into a more pleasingly curvy frame like I did with one of my Rouge figures. The result is a much shorter torso that doesn't make Sally overly tall, and it has a much longer neck peg than Wave does, so I can leave some of it out to give Sally a visible neck (a feature she had in the old cartoon.) I like how that keeps her shoulders off her cheeks so she doesn't look like she's constantly shrugging. Not quite the perfect classic styled Sally, but certainly one step closer than most of my previous efforts (with the possible exception of the classic Sally I made for that wedding cake topper, but that's another story.)
