Credit where credit is due, I saw this a while ago put together by Toycooker. Thanks buddy! I decided to make a few changes on mine: Slightly different sculpt, different paint job, I used the reaper head and added an alternate head. Shout out to my buddy, Jorge, for sending me the alt head!

I made him and looked at it. The wild eyes of the reaper head and the dreaded alternate head. After the paint job, I had this background story:

The US Agent had been exposed/injected with a certain "serum" that REALLY beefs him up. The US Agent rampages out of the facility with only one target on his mind: Captain America. No one is completely certain what has happened. He has plowed through a few heroes effortlessly in vigorous pursuit of Cap. When he finally meets up with Cap, he has this crazed look that has been stuck on his face since he took the serum. Cap calmly waits for the first move, sizing his enemy up as seemingly unstoppable. But, his opponent doesn't move. Due to the serum, his crazed face decays and he takes up his shield. He uses his final minutes to try to kill Cap...
