Not the best villain against Kyle but at least his origin was tied into the Maltusians!! Effigy could control fire and give him form like Pyro from Marvel but in a more galactic level.
It sure is, I'm proud to say that I'm the owner of this figure, never thought I'd have the chance to get some GL Kyle Rayner villains made. Now if I could only get awesome customs using DCUC bucks made of: Fatality, Grayven, Sonar & Dr. Light (flame head IJL version). The customizer who made this did an awesome job of taking a rather plain design and making it look good while keeping to the original look and using parts that fit the DCUC buck (ab crunch/lower torso etc.)
