Hello custom-crazy figure fanatics! Today is National Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Day, so I thought I'd post a custom for the occasion. This is a custom of Ice Cream Kitty, from the 2012 series. Ice Cream Kitty is one of my favorite TMNT characters (hence my avatar). This is how she was made:
