This is my take on MCU Daken as part of my MCU dark avengers storyline . Please take s look at the others in this series for more story.

In the 1960s Dakens parents met in Japan. Dakens mother ,Itsu, was a political figure who stood against the secret rise of hydra in Japan. She met Dakens father when he saved her from an assassination attempt, he was believed to just be part Japanese and American folklore like Bigfoot , in Japan know as Kuzari he was known to be an immoral with claw like hands . They fell in love and soon Itsu was pregnant. When rebel forces attracted their village Kuzari protected the village ,but Itsu was assassinated by the Winter Soldier. Distraught Kuzari left Japan , not knowing doctors were able to save the baby , Daken.

Daken was adopted an raised by a rich Japanese family in Tokyo. When he started showing signs of abilities like his father he was ostracized and forced to run away , where he was determined to find his father and to kill the person responsible for his mothers death. Daken traveled around the world ,barely aging, and landed in America (where he was heavily influenced by punk rock culture) , he struggled with line between good and bad trying to stand up for what he thought was right , where rumors of his abilities made it back to the new leader of shield and the avengers Norman Osborn. Osborn heavily seeked out Daken thinking he was Kuzari or in English, Wolverine. After explaining he wasn't Wolverine , Osborn offered Daken membership in the dark avengers promising him a chance to avenge his mothers death by killing the winter soldier. Will Daken be a big part in the MCU dark avengers ? will he kill the winter soldier ? Will we see his father the wolverine ?
