A while ago, I found an image of this guy. Didn't feel like fixing up the head, so I put the project aside. Then, I recently found a perfect head cast from AngryNomadCustoms. Had to try him out after that. He started out as a brilliant inventor with a gambling issue. This led to him getting fired, and he opted for villainy to get some vengeance. Since his gambling issue had to do with pool rooms, he decided to be a pool related villain. Which, really, is an odd choice since he was losing those games. Cut a dowel rod to make his pool cue, and the rest was just a full repaint. Simple enough, and I really like him in the end.
