This is a GI JOE WIDESCOPE action figure in a 6" inch 1:12th scale. Took a punisher marvel figure as a base. I really like his leg articulation instead of the ball jointed hips. I painted blue with colorwash. Sculpted the hat at forearms and head. Changed hands and found a matching dog for his K-9
