Not really a custom, but a nice fix-up/mod I decided to do to make ol' Nick different than the SHIELD agents I will be getting on the same base body.

First of all, I swapped the boots with a TRU disaster wave Cyclops, and removed the red paint on them.

The gauntlets are from the Toybiz series 5 Fury, cut at the tops and make similar cuts on the forearms of this Hasbro Fury. It was not a simple cut-cut-glue-done affair. I had screwed up the process, but made it work with a little tinkering...

The arm strap thing was part of the belt from the same Toybiz Fury, cut to length.

Then I just painted those parts white, quick grey wash and a little silver/blue on the left gauntlet.

Nice and simple(ish). I really like how this turned out, and now my Fury stands out than the SHIELD agents!
