Here's my idea of what a leader engineer might look like. Larger and taller, the Overseer (hence his namesake) oversees operations on the mysterious planet where the Malakak produce horrific biological (weapons?) devices that induce advanced evolution.

I just took the regular engineer, made him a little taller, and sculpted on a few other details.
