Started with a MS Panther took parts from the ml rogers which were perfect size wise and a shrunken head.
First problem I learned from when splicing shins together make sure it has rocker ankles, if anything's out of alignment the feet won't sit flat. I had to hollow out the bottom of the boot and used bucky cap ankles with 3 pack cap feet. Also do one leg at a time so you can compare to the originals and maintain height. Forearms also spliced together.
Second thing with the chest I should have work from the center out instead I started with the shoulder straps then the star but the right side of the chest is wider so it ended up throwing off the stripes in between.
Finished off with magnets in the wrist and back then sculpted over with a ML ultron cap shield. Hopefully the last time I make this outfit. I had drawn on the chest details in the past that might be the easier way.

Update used the Flash Gordon head. Changed his hairline. Prefer this sculpt.
