Old tricks new treats. I had this great double sided fabric with a deep red on one side and black on the other. I had to try and tailor up a nice offset cape. It's wired along both edges and around the neck so it doesn't move around unless you want it to. A ribbed ring washer (gijoe) holds the cape down tight and holds the neck wire in place. Add a little blackwash for some battle tarnish and BAM, she's ready to look pretty badA$$.
