William Cross is a rogue CIA agent turned supervillain. After a failed hit cost him his eye and ear, he had them replaced with cybernetics. His usual sparring partner is Hawkeye, and he occasionally works for his cousin, Darren Cross (aka M.C.U. villain Yellowjacket).
This custom started out with a Machine Man base. The face was replaced with Nick Fury's, and the hands are from Deadpool. The white parts of the costume are made from rubber bands and PVC tape (with the occasional splash of white paint). The rest is fodder.
