So I took an old captain boomerang dc universe figure and added a grip of straps buckles and pockets here and there. Took the popular marvel legends trench coat everyone uses that I had extra of painted it flat black. Took the hands from an animated red arrow figure and game them sum black wash as well. Gave his chest a deep purple paint job And the majority of his body a flat black. Added sum straps by his boots and painted them gun metal with a black wash finish,as well as to the face.Took an extra Kraven spear turned it into a staff along with sum old joker dc universe cards painting the cards light orange.
