Continuing with my Christopher Reeve Superman figures...FINALLY having a 7" Reeve Superman is VERY exciting and still surreal that we actually have one. I felt it would be cool to see Reeve as other versions of Superman...versions of Reeve that we've never seen before. So here we have a Bizarro Reeve. Bizarro is one of my FAV characters...how could you not love Bizarro??...I went for a more zombie looking Bizarro. I felt that if I tried to put all those cracks on his face, it would have taken away from Necas great sculpt and thats the last thing I wanted to do. I wanted this Bizarro to be recognizable as Reeve. so I went with a gray tone on his skin and applied it THICK to give some texture. His suit is in the purple gray and plumb color range which I LOVE...I always like the colors on the DC Direct Bizarro from 2003 so I went for those kind of colors. The cape is a mangled mess...with lots of wiring added to give it LIFE...it reminds me of Spawn cape...I also gave him new zombie hair and hands...I wanted him to have more loose looking hands instead of the tight fists the Neca figure comes with...and yes...he has black nails...well...I hope you guys like him.
