This was a challenge...to build from scratch brunos helmet ...Managed to buy an original figure from E-bay for reference..I managed to get my hands on some large orange duplo lego bricks..(lego plastic comes in great colours,soft and easy to cut and with a little heat,easy to manipulate)..cut the bricks ,melted bended sanded each section of the mask/helmet..the glass visor plate is made from clear purple plastic..sanded and shaped..I managed to buy a JP figure from china( looked cool as he was tatooed on his arm and face),I used as a base for the figure...moulded/cut a plasic vest on the naked torso of jp then painted the decal on his chest..legs are covered with black and camo canvas that covers the leg joints....added ,inserted some electronics....the helmet can be removed there are two pin inserts that connect the mask to the body when mask is cliped on to the figure.and here is the end result.......
