Hey! Next up is another take on Black Panther. I used the new Walgreens Namor body, swapped the shoulders with Grim reaper, modded all areas for paint rub clearance. Morbius hands, Superior Venom feet, Grim Reaper cape, covered the trident on the belt with a sculpt black buckle, removed the wings on Namor ankles. Pretty simple but effective parts combo. Thanks for looking and good fortune to you!
Thanks. Very easy, actually with my industrial tabletop vice grips, towel, long kitchen knife and hammer. I lay a towel inside the vice grips, so the teeth of the bracers don't damage the figure, then I secure the figure inside the vice grips, then tap the knife along the seams down the sides of the torso (abs and crotch too if swapping the legs). Once I separate the halves, I gelty pry the torso, etc. open and the pegs give wave inside. Sometimes boiling the figure in hot water for a few seconds helps loosen the figure up a bit too, but cool the figure off in ice water before you begin to pry it open, if you boil it. I hope this helps. It makes opening figures up very easy and with minimal damage, but you will need those tools.

It certainly beats the tiny civil war black panther - wish Hasbro had spoken to you first!
