I present you the "powered-up" Donatello alias Sniper Donnie.
He is a master mechanic, precise and logically.
As a Ninja, in my Opinion he should be a long range Assassin.

He got Special Night-Vision Googles,
a Sniper-Rifle and
a massive Titan-Shield to get in cover
while he aims his targets.
