In preparation for my Masters of Evil IV group shot, I was dusting off the figures, and Fixer wasn't quite up to snuff. I wasn't happy with the face, so I replaced it with a Captain America one, and then reworked the helmet. I finished it off with a metallic blue paint job. Thanks for looking.
