I wanted a figure of Arnie from the CLASSIC movie PUMPING IRON for quite a while...and when I saw the head sculpt on the Neca Tech Noir figure, I knew it was time to take a try at making one. He's not perfect but when I look at him, I totally get that PUMPING IRON vibe...and he's in scale with other Arnie figures which is pretty cool.
OH...and remember...milk is for babies...when you grow up you have to drink beer

you'll just have to get rid of the neck...my head is held on with a putty for now...which I am ok with...it still has movement...plus I don't play with him anyway. he's just a display piece. but magnets might be a good idea
