I used a DC Mongol body with some reshaping and sculpting. I did custom sculpt work on the body and kit bashing as well. It is fully hand painted. The head is magnetic to obtain pose-ability.

Mannnnnnnnnn I'd of never thought to use Mongul body and hulk head and such to make this, very very nice Steampunk Frankyyy from parts used all the way down to paint application! Edit: I could see this as an enemy or Foe who becomes friend in let's say a Hellboy movie .
