ML Chameleon was the base figure. I completely disassembled him and repainted him in black. I added a little aves for the handkerchief in his breast pocket. Used Testors model masters red for the tie and handkerchief. The head was a cast bought from casting cave. I left the shoes untouched as I wanted to keep the original glow finish. Used a little gloss finish on the belt and jacket buttons. I considered painting the hands red but I thought he looked more like a sharp dressed hit man with black gloves.
