Introduced a week ago as of this writing in the comic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Amazing Adventures, The Drip is a liquid mutant accidentally created by Donatello when he added a sports drink to the retromutagen he was working on.

Drip is just sculpted and painted up Mighty Putty with hands from a 2.5" Winter Soldier.
