Soar-On was once asked by a high ranking Avion General, "was it an Avion whore puttin' it to the Snakes, or a Snake whore who put it to the whole damned Avion army!?!" The General was later found dismembered, his head impaled on a pike and the rest of his mutilated remains scattered in a bloody helter skelter. With Stratos sworn to track him down at any cost, Soar-On wanders Eternia decimating any and all bold enough to stand in his way. Stratos base body, with Pludor lower legs. Altered Stratos head, added skull to the jet pack, then slapped on multiple layers of paint to bring out all of the detail.
