I've had this 3.75 scale tank sitting around for a while and finally decided to play around with it and see what I could do.

There wasn't really a goal in my mind, just kinda starting putting together pieces until I had a concept. Ultimately, the thought behind it was to create a super weapon kind of tank-in this case, I was thinking a tank that had a railgun for a barrel.

With that in mind, I strove for that look. The tank got a completely new barrel end, which was attached, filled to transition well and then painted. It had that railgun kind of look and the opening flaps make it look more like a super weapon.

Every railgun needs a solid battery to power it, in this case I used a model airplane motor, which I stuck on the back. I wanted it to look slightly crude, so aside from securing it on with a screw, I also used hot glue to make it look like the casing and power port was welded on. The original tank was super light, but the battery gives it better weight.

I also added a front grill/weapon in the form of a spiked bumper. I just wanted something different to show it off, so that was an additional touch.
