Every time Hasbro makes a figure of a certain character, I pray that it is classic. If not, then I take it upon myself to make it so.
In this instance, I took the new X-men Legends Havok, and modded him to his iconic 70s/80s look.

I took the head from the Toybiz Legends Havok, and dremeled it so it would fit on this body.
The lower arms were taken from the Marvel NOW! Cyclops, and then it was simple paintwork to cover up the silver on the waist and lower legs.

Painted on the silver neck piece, and then carefully painted white on the chest power effect, adding another hoop shape.

And that was it!

I would make the power effects a different colour, but not bothered by them being blue.
