I used the fur of an old Gorilla costume. I took a hair brush to remove the fur from the costume. Covered the figure with Mod Podge and pressed the fur in place. He articulated hands from a movie Optimus Prime upgrade set... He's so Fuzzy :p

Never been a fan of Beast Wars but this is custom really does make the toy make much more sense, in that it SHOULD be furry if it's trying to be an actual organic ape. Neat.
