Body/Head: I used the Marvel Universe Gladiator. I removed the cape, mohawk and hands.

Hands/Skirt: I got these from the Kurse action figure. I cut the pegs off of Gladiator's hands and glued to the bottom of Kurse's hands so they'd fit.

Gloves/Boots: I sculpted these. I added some points to the tips of the shoe-toes.

Cape: This was from a Lord of the Rings character (some scout bad guy that rides a dog, not sure of his name).

Primed.

Painted with Vellejo acrylic paints and then clear coated with Testor's Dullcote lacquer spray.
