Okay - so this was supposed to be a simple procedure... pop him open, stick an LED and power source in there, seal back up. No good. The only way to open one of these Muggs is to boil and pry. But, these things being vinyl, it seems the back piece warped a little and it was an absolute TERROR getting this thing back together. Lessons learned, I guess.
