This figure has been played with for the last year by my 6yr old and 2yr old sons. So it has gotten a little beat up. But I did find some old pics I took while in the works. I'll post those below as well.

Head/Body: I used the Marvel Universe Greatest Battles 3.75"/4" Colossus.
Chest/Face/Hood/Wrists: I sculpted these things.
Cape: This was an extra Thor or Odin cape I had laying around.
Skirt: This was some vinyl that I simply cut and glued on.

I then primed him.

Painted with Vallejo acrylic paints and clear coated with Testor's Dullcote Lacquer spray.
