I'm very excited to finally have the new Nathan Drake from Neca! I bought two: one to keep as-is, and one to turn into Arnold from Commando. I've wanted to do this for a long time- and I knew Drake would be perfect for this, since he has practically the same shirt and pants-- just a coat of green paint I thought, and I'll be in business!

HOWEVER: once I swapped the head, it was very obvious that Nathan was just way too scrawny to work as circa 1985 Arnold. Fortunately, the shirt is actually a separate piece!
I took the Contra Lance torso (the blue dude) and attached it to the legs. I then softened the shirt in boiling water, so that it would be stretchy enough to work onto the bigger torso.

Now he's noticeably bigger than Drake, as he should be!
