Used a NECA Texas Chainsaw Massacre 7" Ultimate Leatherface as the base, removed mask and sculpted a face and hair from Green Stuff. Chainsaw was modified with a plug on the end to fit the hand socket along with a changeable hand made with Green Stuff. The Necronomicon is made from paper/Green Stuff and random fodder, as is the Kandarian Dagger. All clothes/gun holster are made from spare fabric, the Boomstick is a standard Neca Planet of the Apes Conquest Gorilla 7" Shotgun. All paints used were Citadel paints including the wet blood effect.
