Once I decided to do a bunch of the 80's Turtles characters, ShredHead came together pretty easily.
I sliced away at the cape and the arm guards, and made the shoulder pads out of epoxy. The tunic er' whatever is made out of hockey tape.
I created a bunch of the spikes for the arms and shoulders out of thin plastic, but getting them to epoxy or glue into place was a NIGHTMARE. So small and nothing for the glue to grip into. After four rounds of the spikes I finally got them to hold. Paint and DONE.
