Base figure was Assassin's Creed Series 4 Action Figure Shay Cormac, I removed the head and filled the hole with wood filler (only thing I had on hand), cut the coat shorter around the legs and made the sholder pads from what was left over from the coat. I then painted then body according the the reference image I selected. The axe is made from 2 separate axes from an Assassins Creed Series 5 Revolutionary Connor. The Ammo sash is from an Arrow Deadshot figure and shotgun from a NECA Hicks figure and the assault rifle is from a Primeval figure.

I was going with more of a figurine route so I glued him to a black base from the Star Wars Funko POP! line, with the lolo painted over.
