Just some minor ears & hair sculpting under his original helmet head. Paint it with a reddish brown for a base color, then used some vibrant orange for a paintbrush (wich turned out to be mostly a second layer of paint). When repainting the face,I've tried to mimic the original flesh tone as well. Thhis new head won't really fit in the helmet, and that's ok (for the whole point of it was to be an alternate helmetless head,haha).
