Bruno Horgan was an industrialist like Tony Stark, selling weapons to the highest bidder. He also decided to become a masked adventurer, albeit on the other side of the law. After clashing with Iron Man solo, he joined the Masters of Evil and fought Stark and the Avengers. He was later assassinated by the Scourge of the Underworld.
I never really wanted to make this character, but I had to complete my original Masters of Evil, so I went for it (This isn't actually his MoE costume, but whatever). I started out with Daken, with gloves from Doc Ock. The helmet is from Judge Death, and the face is from the latest Magneto. The eyes (which end up looking like a domino mask) are from Constrictor, as are the metal hoses. The rest are from fodder.
