Jasper Sitwell was a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. After a long career, his life was cut short by a mind-controlled Black Widow. Somehow he has returned as a zombie and works in the mystical branch of S.H.I.E.L.D. called S.T.A.K.E. A pretty easy custom to assemble, it's a WWII Steve Rogers head on a S.H.I.E.L.D. body. Originally, this was my Clay Quartermain custom, but I gave C.Q. another head, and put glasses from an unknown figure on this one. I touched up the costume with metallic blue. Thanks for looking.
