Jerry Hunt is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. While in England, he became involved with Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman. He later aided Captain America in fighting Flag-Smasher. I wanted to fill out my S.H.I.E.L.D. roster, so I was looking through my old Marvel Handbooks. One of the S.H.I.E.L.D. guys looked a lot like the Punisher, and I had a spare Punisher head, so it was game on. For the body I used Ult. Captain America.
